After approving a video, the Publish page lets you post to each platform.
Auto Publish (connected platforms):
Click Publish to post directly. SyncStudio uploads the video, sets captions, hashtags, and a custom thumbnail. You can also Schedule for a future date and time.
Manual Publish:
For platforms in manual mode or not yet connected:
1. Download the video file
2. Copy the caption and hashtags
3. Post through the platform's own app
4. Paste the post URL back into SyncStudio
5. Click Mark as Published to track it
Each platform tab shows its own publish status independently — you can publish to TikTok first and Instagram later.
