If publishing fails:
TikTok:
Check that your account is still connected in Settings → IntegrationsTikTok tokens expire periodically — try disconnecting and reconnectingYour account must be a Business or Creator account
Instagram:
Must be an Instagram Professional account (Business or Creator)Must be linked to a Facebook PageCheck that Facebook Page permissions haven't been revoked
YouTube:
Verify your Google account connection is activeNew channels may have daily upload limits
For all platforms:
Try publishing again — platform API errors are often transientSwitch to Manual mode as a fallback: download the video and post directly through the platform's app, then mark as published
