Video Rendering Failed

If a video shows Failed status:

1. Check your credit balance — rendering costs 32 credits
2. Try re-rendering — open the video and click Regenerate. Transient errors often resolve on retry.
3. Check the script — very long or unusually formatted scripts can cause issues. Try editing to shorten.

Common causes:
•Voice generation timeout — try a different voice provider or a shorter script•Asset loading failure — usually resolves on retry•Insufficient credits — top up or wait for your monthly refill
