When a video reaches Ready status, open it to review:
Video Preview — Watch the full rendered video. Check pacing, captions, and voiceover quality.
Publishing Details — Customize metadata per platform. Each platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) has its own tab with:
Caption / descriptionHashtagsPlatform-specific settings
Metadata shortcuts:
Regenerate with AI — generates fresh captions and hashtags (3 credits per platform)Copy from — reuse metadata from another platform to save time
Actions:
Approve — moves the video to the publishing workflowView/Edit Script — go back to revise the script (requires re-rendering)Regenerate — re-render with the current script (32 credits + audio based on script length)Delete — permanently removes the video
